Madman Vincent Volaju stages a tanker explosion in the middle of a Martian city. Survivors of the attack succumb shortly after to a fatal virus. A massive bounty is pinned on Vincent's head and only Faye has seen his face. Investigating on his own, Spike finds himself on Moroccan Street where he meets Rashid, a clever man somehow linked to the attack. As a shady military operation covers up all evidence of the biological threat, a soldier, Electra Ovilo, chases Vincent with her own agenda.
