On Mars, an illegal lab specimen worth a fortune is stolen by serial animal thief Abdul Hakim. Spike and Jet race against a team of shady scientists to capture Hakim. To Spike's disbelief, and dismay, he discovers the animal is a Welsh Corgi puppy.
